Experience working in or with sales, sales enablement, or knowledge of sales processes.

Knowledge of the CRE tech market is a plus

MBA and knowledge of Commercial Real Estate industry is a plus.

Experience with understanding and translate the voice of the customer into product strategy, with direct results attributed.

Multiple years as head of the product department in similar size or smaller companies

Drive digital transformation initiatives to optimize business processes, enhance customer experiences, and leverage data insights for strategic decision-making.

Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with technology vendors, consultants, and service providers to leverage external expertise and resources effectively.

Develop and manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective investments in technology resources and projects.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or business-related qualification is a plus.

12+ years of experience in a senior technology leadership role, preferably within the real estate development industry or a related field.

In-depth knowledge of real estate technology trends, property development systems, and data analytics.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in finance or business discipline or related experience; Master's Degree preferred.

Demonstrated ability to anticipate areas of senior management concern, integrate different perspectives, and respond accordingly, including presenting to the board.

Articulate IT’s value through multiple categorizations of IT financials that respond to the unique outcomes and requirements of key stakeholders.

Have a strong Commercial Acumen - Sound knowledge of insurance and strong appreciation of customer and employee centricity.

Demonstrated ability of strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills that can paint a compelling vision and get buy-in to same.
