Carrollton Springs is a 78-bed behavioral hospital located Carrollton, Texas. The hospital offers inpatient and outpatient mental health and addiction treatment to adults, adolescents and their families.

As a Chief Operating Officer, you will be a member of the leadership team at Woodland Springs assisting the CEO in implementing and directing all facility operations.This position interfaces closely with the medial staff and administration to achieve the hospital’s goals and objectives. Position Details

• Ensures timely, relevant, and accurate quality reports to CEO.
• Ensures compliance with all state, federal, and regulatory agencies.
• Provide positive guest relations, ensure an attractive and well-maintained physical plant, and ensure a professional and courteous hospital staff.
• Meets or exceeds regulatory compliance in delivery of care.
• Collaborates with medical staff on maintaining a high level of service and quality medical care.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), along with proof of insurance when using own auto License and a favorable Motor Vehicle Report and proof insurance when using own auto.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)

Experience:

• Previous experience in health care business development required. A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.
