Chief Commercial Officer Jobs

We are excited to be partnered with a renewable fintech startup that have developed an incredible AI driven platform for the solar and energy efficiency sector(s).

As CCO, you will oversee the entire development, implementation and execution of all commercial activities for a startup in the solar loan industry, including, sales, product development and customer service to drive business growth and market share.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will ensure the integrated commercial success of the organization. This position will be closely linked to the organization's strategic management function, in drafting, implementing, and evaluating cross-functional decisions that will enable the organization to achieve its long-term objectives.

Additional responsibilities

• Lead customer interface, ensuring that all functions of the organization are aligned to meet its strategic commercial objectives
• Accountable for all sales plans and marketing, using market data, assumptions, corporate goals, and historical figures to achieve strategic objectives

Background

• Solid relationships with solar contractors and/or manufacturers and other relevant players in the industry (capital partners, associations etc.)
• Experience developing and implementing objectives and goals and setting the expected performance standards for the sales workforce
• CRM knowledgeable, including familiarity with KPIs and metrics for performance (data-driven sales)
• Familiarity with Digital marketing
• Proven ability to develop a structured approach building an end-to-end governance (policies, process, procedures, and manuals)
• 10+ years managing and developing commercial operations (start-up previous experience is a plus)
• Solid organizational skills, from strategic to hands-on management, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask
