Our platform combines AI-driven insights, community engagement, curated events, and an integrated e-commerce marketplace to provide a comprehensive and enriching experience for couples at all stages of their relationship journey.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the strategic development and execution of our marketing efforts across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker, an adept strategist, and a hands-on leader who can drive user engagement, build a strong brand presence, and foster growth within our couples community platform.


Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop a content strategy that provides value to our audience while showcasing the expertise of our platform. This includes blog posts, social media content, videos, webinars, and more.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and lead the marketing strategy across various verticals, including the AI-backed user 90-day journey, community event hosting, and e-commerce segments.
  • Event Promotion: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, market, and execute community events that align with our platform's mission. Develop event-specific marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data and analytics to assess marketing performance, optimize campaigns, and make informed decisions. Continuously monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Brand Management: Create a compelling and consistent brand identity that resonates with our target audience across all touchpoints. Drive brand awareness and loyalty through effective storytelling and messaging.
  • Sweat Equity Phase: As a member of the founding team, the CMO will initially receive compensation in the form of sweat equity, sharing the startup's vision and growth potential. This compensation structure will transition to a combination of salary, equity, and performance-based bonuses upon securing the initial funding.
  • E-commerce Promotion: Oversee the marketing efforts for our integrated e-commerce marketplace, focusing on driving traffic, optimizing conversion rates, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • User Acquisition and Engagement: Drive user growth by developing and executing innovative user acquisition campaigns, leveraging both organic and paid channels. Foster engagement within the couples community by implementing strategies that encourage active participation and interaction.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance, set clear objectives, and foster a collaborative and innovative environment.


Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, user acquisition strategies, and community engagement tactics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a startup environment or a high-growth company.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and a passion for building and scaling innovative products.
  • Experience in branding, content creation, event marketing, and e-commerce promotion.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.


Compensation:

During the sweat equity phase, the CMO will be compensated with equity shares in the company. Upon securing initial funding, the compensation structure will be re-evaluated to include a competitive salary, equity, and performance-based bonuses.
