Job Description

We are looking to expand our in-house team of professionals to provide administrative support to us and our clients while working remotely. The ideal candidate should be efficient with technology and Microsoft Office, be able to communicate through multiple channels and be organized and detailed oriented. You will be responsible for providing excellent service, support, follow-through, and administrative tasks with the purpose of delivering an exceptional in-house and client experience.


HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Document meeting minutes, create action items, and assist with following up on those action items.
  • Project Assistance/Coordination.
  • CRM administration: updates and data entry.
  • Assist with creating and implementing structure/workflow/processes.
  • Work in Microsoft Office, G-Suite & various HRIS systems on a regular basis
  • Work with clients and other team members to keep the client's HR tasks in line
  • Assist with personal tasks for owners (personal appointments and family event coordination)
  • Make travel arrangements, such as booking flights, and cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Manage email, calendars & appointments for executives.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, assist where possible, and take detailed messages.

  • Recognize and identify potential legal issues before they become a problem for the client.
