The Administrator’s primary role will be to support the VP Human Resources, Global Value Chain and the VP of Human Resource, NA Supply Chain with administrative and coordination duties. The Administrator will achieve this goal by overseeing assigned projects or activities, coordinating daily schedules/calendar, preparing for meetings and managing travel and expenses. The ideal candidate will function under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding work environment while exhibiting excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions.

- Exemplary professionalism and discretion when handling matters of a confidential nature.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and make clear and timely decisions.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, set goals, create and implement action plans and monitor progress towards goals.
- Highly developed customer service skills.
- Strong computer skills are essential. Expertise on Outlook and the MS-Office product suite is a necessity, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Position requires 3-5 years experience in a corporate and/or private equity environment providing administrative support for a senior level executive.
- Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and interact effectively with all levels of management and employees.

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $31.25 to $49.25. Exact hourly rate depends on several
factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on
geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual
discretionary bonus.
