JOB OBJECTIVE
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant-(HRAA) is an entry level position that will focus on various areas of support within the Human Resources Department. The right candidate will be an extremely organized individual who has a proven ability to handle important matters with the highest level of confidentiality. Attention to detail is an extremely important part of this role which provides support to the Employee Relations Manager as well as the Human Resources Manager.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Help manage iSight case management system to ensure case files stay up to date
- Assist with maintenance of employee personnel files
- Assist with various aspects of benefits administration including enrollment, auditing, and answering employee questions
- Draft various disciplinary documents including warnings and termination notices
- Oversee E-Verify program for all participating states
- Provide support with HR compliance including policy creation, review, and updates
- Support the employee relations investigation process including conducting interviews to draw out and organize pertinent facts and provide concise summaries
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a strict level of confidentiality
- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- At least one year of experience in Human Resources preferred
- General knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Strong multi-tasking ability

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hours
