Responsibilities:

• Report progress, results, and challenges to the Board of Directors, maintaining clear and transparent communication.
• Promote international expansion, exploring opportunities in different markets and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring the hiring, retention, and development of top talent.
• Define and execute the overall strategy to position the company as a leader in the digital assets industry.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, partners, and key clients, representing the company professionally.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks by implementing appropriate risk management measures and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
• Manage day-to-day operations, aligning resources and optimizing processes to achieve strategic objectives.
• Drive growth, profitability, and company value by setting clear goals and implementing effective strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies in fast-paced growth environments.
• Willingness to invest $150,000 (stock options) to drive the company's success and vesting agreement.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields, preferably in Finance, Technology, or related areas.
• Strong experience in digital assets operations, blockchain, and electronic payments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building strong and lasting relationships with investors, partners, and clients.
• Experience in international business expansion, demonstrating the ability to grow the company's global presence.
• In-depth knowledge of digital assets regulatory landscape and compliance with local and international regulations.
• Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in technology startups, fintech, banks, or digital assets companies.
