Proven experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with various stakeholders

Provide the internal communications team operational support through management of critical tools (i.e. Airtable).

Manage CEO event communications including invitations, surveys, flow down and more.

Manage the distribution of CEO messages

3-5 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably a manufacturing environment

This is a remote position

Own an inventory and archive of CEO messages, content, presentations, etc.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Project manage and execute major communications initiatives

5+ years of Communications experience; Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint

Superior writing and verbal skills with versatility in format, including technical writing, executive messaging and copy editing

Serve as strategic counsel and develop key messaging for the Head of Personal Advisors

Write, edit and deliver written communications, including weekly newsletters

Minimum three (3) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

One (1) year experience managing operational or project budgets.

Four (4) years professional experience in the development of digital or multi-media content.

Identify and mitigate potential risks by implementing appropriate risk management measures and ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and data protection regulations.

Manage day-to-day operations, aligning resources and optimizing processes to achieve strategic objectives.

Minimum of 5 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in technology startups, fintech, banks, or digital assets companies.

Strong experience in digital assets operations, blockchain, and electronic payments.

Strong leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams to achieve exceptional results.

In-depth knowledge of digital assets regulatory landscape and compliance with local and international regulations.

Manage and maintain Rain’s online presence, including website content, social media channels, and blog posts

Coordinate and manage speaking engagements, conference appearances, and other public events to showcase our company's thought leadership

At least 5+ years of experience in communications or public relations, with a focus on technology

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong media relations experience, including established relationships with relevant journalists and influencers

Work experience in the AI industry or with AI products

Excellent business acumen, consulting, and relationship management skills.

10+ years of communications experience in roles that have driven understanding and positive perception of companies, products, and services.

Executive Leadership experience in communications roles for large, global organizations. Experience executing programs across multiple markets and channels.

Experience creating and managing strategic plans, budgets, and metrics and regularly evaluating and communicating progress.

Experience building, leading, developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team of experienced, motivated, and passionate colleagues.

Develop and ensure consistent messaging and cohesive communications strategies across the executive team.
