Our company is in search for a candidate to fill the position of a Supply Chain Government Compliance and Supplier Diversity Officer. The Space and Airborne Systems Segment (SAS), Supply Chain Government Compliance and Supplier Diversity is a position supporting the T&RF organization and monitors supply chain operations to ensure compliance to supply chain policies and procedures, FAR/DFARS/AMS government regulations, and requirements of industry standards to support efficient and compliant operations across the purchasing and supply chain operations. This full-time on-site position for the San Diego, CA SAS site reports to the Manager, Purchasing. Position may require travel of up to 10% to other company sites.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of work experience as a Supply Chain professional, technical consultant or similar role or Graduate degree with a minimum of 4 years in relevant discipline and work experience as a Supply Chain professional, technical consultant, or similar role.

1+ years Supply Chain experience supporting Small Business reporting and Government FAR and DFARS regulations.
