Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FARs), General Services Administration (GSA) schedules, Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs), and IDIQ vehicles

Bachelor's degree or 8+ years of experience with subcontracts or purchasing in lieu of a degree

Participate in and generate Quality Risk Management documentation.

Work experience must include API manufacturing and/or cleaning/process validation.

Experience in collaborative working and problem-solving is essential

Strong technical, analytical and problem solving skills with ability to make timely decisions

Prior experience with eQMS, gQTS, PDOCS, gLIMS, CoreLIMS, and SAP.

Knowledge of construction safety, current Federal and OSHA requirements

Working knowledge of computers and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Assist and provide safety training on policies, procedures, OSHA/MSHA, NCCER, SIMS, orientation, and client specific requirements

OSHA 30, 500 and 510 certifications

Certification as a Safety Professional or Emergency Medical Technician is preferred
