Description

What you’ll do:

• Service 60-80 phone calls and inquiries per/day while achieving daily production goals
• Assist in providing better operational knowledge of SHAZAM’s system to users through verbal and email correspondence, explanation of error source to users.
• Act as liaison between users and SHAZAM, including error resolution, settlement reporting, incoming telephone and e-mail correspondence, and follow-up through resolution of situation.
• Must learn and become familiar with aspects of SHAZAM Client Support operations including, but not limited to routing, financial adjustments, chargebacks, retrievals, disputes, and research. Proactively seek training from the appropriate team members and departments on less familiar areas.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external customers while fostering SHAZAM’s core values.
• Work onsite when required in accordance with hybrid work from home schedule.

What we’re looking for:

• Demonstrated ability to be organized, resourceful, detail oriented, and dependable.
• Significant call center and banking experience highly preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and a continuous improvement culture.
• Ability to interpret complex technical information and respond with analysis and recommended customer solutions/recommendations.
• Track record of consistent attendance and dependability

Annual salary starting at $43,800 to $52,000*

• Actual compensation will be based upon factors such as geographic location, experience, education, and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
