Call Center Representative Jobs

Leading insurance provider is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives / CSR's to respond to agents, independent marketing organizations and policy holders.

These are full time, temp to hire positions where you will earn up to $20.00 an hour, based on your experience. There is a mandatory 6-week onsite training. Then you will work remote Monday – Thursday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. And Fridays 7:30/8:00am to 4:00pm.

Some of your responsibilities as CSR will include:

• Managing a large volume of inbound calls
• Supporting other teams as needed
• Responding to agents and policy holder inquiries
• Receiving and processing incoming telephone requests
• Updating and recording notes in database
• Providing accurate information or explanations on products offered
• Other duties assigned

To qualify for the CSR openings, you must have a High School Diploma or equivalent as well as:

• 1+ years of Customer Service experience (call center experience preferred)
• Knowledge or Annuities/Life insurance is a plus
• Good computer skills
• Willingness to learn
