Shift is 6:30pm - 6:30am, 3 nights a week

As an Operator for St. Clare Hospital, you will monitor cameras, handle all hospital codes, dispatch security, and handle all phone calls for the hospital internally and externally. We would love to have someone with excellent customer service skills and great phone etiquette. Come join our team!

Job Summary:

Answers incoming calls and performs triage of inquiries.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Track inquires, questions and answers and provide resolution.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• May perform clerical or administrative duties.
• Responds to telephone and/or Internet inquiries from customers seeking information and/or resources following a set standard.
• Collects relevant caller data to assist with measurement, tracking and reporting activities.

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE

• No experience required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
• Rare climbing.
• Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
• Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
• Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
• Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
• Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
