Job Description

Viribuz Media is in need of a Call Center Agent with a high volume of closers and setters experience in Legal, Medical Device Sales, Insurance sales, and health care billing.


Viribuz Media specializes in lead intake services for various sectors, including Legal, medical, insurance, and healthcare billing. Our primary focus is to connect with potential clients who are facing legal complexities related to medical or accident incidents. With a dedicated and experienced team, we ensure that we efficiently close leads, offering our expertise and support to individuals in need.


As a Call Center Sales Agent, you will play a vital role in our organization's success by being the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance in medical or accident-related matters. Your empathetic and professional approach will be essential in building trust and rapport with potential clients, effectively understanding their unique situations, and providing them with the necessary information about our services.


You will engage potential leads over the phone and text messages using the company-provided CRM tools. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue for the company and building relationships with clients in legal, medical device sales, insurance sales, healthcare billing, and related fields. Your tasks and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:


Responsibilities:


  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas set by the company. Demonstrate a consistent track record of closing deals and generating high sales volumes.
  • Assess and evaluate potential leads to determine the viability and alignment with our services.
  • Adherence to Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to legal and ethical standards in all client interactions and sales processes.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the legal services or products offered by the company. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and any changes in the legal landscape to provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed lead conversion targets and performance metrics.
  • Gather pertinent information from potential clients, asking relevant questions to understand their legal needs accurately.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to potential leads.
  • Respond to incoming leads and inquiries promptly and courteously, demonstrating excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate closely with our legal and sales teams to ensure a seamless and efficient lead conversion process.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, sales managers, and other departments to share best practices, improve sales strategies, and contribute to overall team success.
  • Sales Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
  • Provide comprehensive information about our company, services, and procedures to potential clients, addressing any queries or concerns they may have.


Qualifications:


  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to listen actively and empathize with potential clients' situations.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the legal and related industries is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in lead intake, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong closing skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects, A genuine passion for assisting others and making a positive impact in their lives.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology, medical terminology, and insurance processes is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts or product features in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced call center environment and meet ambitious sales targets.
