Business Operations Analyst - Real Time Payment/Electronic Payments

U.S. Bank is looking for a Business Operations Analyst to join the Real Time Payments department! The work hours for this role are Wednesday-Sunday 11pm-8am CST and this individual will need to be in office in Saint Paul, MN or Cincinnati a few times a year for important meetings/conferences. The Business Operations Analyst will process different real time payment (RTP) and client set ups including onboarding. We are seeking an analytical individual with experience in payment applications as this role is responsible for monitoring payments and payment applications to ensure things are running correctly, while escalating issues. This individual will need great attention to detail with performing analysis to help find and track issues to improve workflow and operating efficiency. Acts as a liaison and resource between management, staff, clients, and information systems to research issues with ongoing monitoring and research client cases. Ensures all documentation and requests comply with established policies and procedures. Maintains applicable systems to monitor and track projects, plans and/or data; provides reports to management as needed.

• The hours are 3rd Shift from 11pm-8am Wednesday-Sunday. The person hired for this position will be primarily homebased, but will need to come in office in Cincinnati, OH or Saint Paul, MN a few times a year*

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of related experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Thorough knowledge of policies, plans, procedures, products and regulatory requirements for assigned business unit
• Ability to develop test schedules, review testing plans, track test issues and report on test results
• Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
• Ability to conduct an analysis of a business need, including scheduling meetings, planning agendas and conferring with business line leaders
• Ability to work as part of a project team
• Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills
• Strong understanding of project management and testing methodology and procedures

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $76,840.00 - $90,400.00 - $99,440.00
