About The Role

• In this role, you will work with a wide variety of cross-functional team members, including business leaders, product managers, financial partners, and GTM teams to help develop compelling, data-driven, and innovative strategies with actionable plans that create high-value customer and business outcomes.
• This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to make material business impact working on a variety of exciting growth initiatives across Payments and Fintech.
• We are looking for a Senior Payments Strategy Analyst who will help craft and drive strategy development across the Payments & Partnerships organization, in support of business needs and priorities of Mindbody’s customers, globally.

Skills & Experience

• Strong collaboration skills, experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills,
• Including familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Looker, SQL), highly proficient at building spreadsheet models, and sort through complex business data.  
• Skilled at crafting data-driven stories; strong presentation skills a plus. 
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in management or strategy consulting, product marketing, product management, program management or a related discipline, with a successful track record in managing complex projects, driving change, and solving problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ideal candidate will have industry experience in Payments or Fintech 
• Excellent analytical skills, including familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Looker, SQL), highly proficient at building spreadsheet models, and sort through complex business data.

• Strong collaboration skills, experience managing projects with cross-functional teams.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $92,200 to $138,400. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
