US Wealth Management Experience Domain – Must Have

Clear Understanding of Financial Analysis, Risk Modelling and Risk Management from a wealth management perspective

·Agile Experience is a mandatory skill.

·Demonstrate sharp functional skills and knowledge of broader Capital Markets solutions, market trends, etc

·Understand client requirements and help develop strategic and tactical approach for the Functional & System Requirement while coordinating with cross-functional team

Analyzes and defines EDI requirements for clients, especially for needs and circumstances that are slightly unusual

3+ years of relevant experience in the following:

Experience working on OMS or EMS platforms or deployments

Responsible for budgeting, project estimates, task management & balancing prioritization across multiple streams of development

Responsible for people management, mentoring and career development process for Shanghai team including delivering performance review, training, recruiting.

Responsible for handling day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work within the team/project.

Manages multiple IT Quality teams or an IT Quality functional area (depending on size of business).

Impacts IT Quality through delivery of end results and contribution to planning, finances/budget and formulation of policies.

6-10 years IT Testing experience required

· 7+ year’s Business Analyst experience in financial services or asset management technology

· Understanding of trade lifecycle and investment management operating model
