Who We're Looking For


We’re looking for someone who will help to further level-up our payment and fraud processes and ensure the Payment Operations team is set up for success. Someone with meticulous attention to detail who can make informed, data-driven decisions. A subject matter expert who is willing to work hard to ensure their agents have what they need to succeed, not just in answering tickets, but also in goals and career progression.


What You'll Do


  • Facilitate all training requirements for agents including documentation, guides, and checklists. Manage agent progress throughout the training process for all direct reports
  • Assist management with the ownership of quarterly planning and weekly KPIs
  • Monitor and create reporting including escalations for potential trending issues - escalate those issues to management and relevant internal departments
  • Serve as the main point of escalation for internal agents
  • Manage day-to-day operations on the Payment Operations team
  • Act as an advocate within the Trust and Safety organization, cross-collaborating as needed to achieve shared goals
  • Create process workflows, perform analysis, develop/implement efficiency solutions
  • Adjust, calibrate, and implement new protocols/policies as necessary


Your Skillz


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years of experience in payments and/or fraud operations
  • Experience working with ZenDesk or similar CRM tool
  • Technology, casino, or iGaming experience, is strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
  • High attention to detail
  • 1+ year of leadership experience, preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of industry-standard payment workflows


Note: This role will be required to work full time out of our Las Vegas office
