As a Business Implementation Manager II on the Regulatory Services team, you will lead and manage the implementation of business focused projects, initiatives, and work efforts. You’ll have the ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure objectives of assigned work are met and done quickly, in compliance, and correctly. This role provides support to business leaders in planning for work including analyzing impact of work, identifying resources needed to accomplish objectives and key issues that will impact team success. Your work will impact all levels of the organization and give you the ability to learn a lot while working on a fast-paced, close-knit team.

What you’ll do:

• Identify and secure resources that are needed for implementation to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Research, analyze, develop, plan and lead implementation for assigned programs and projects. This includes developing a full implementation plan and establishing metrics and progress measures for evaluating outcomes of effort.
• Develop work schedules and plans for assigned implementations, initiatives, and work efforts.
• Coordinate and direct resources involved in implementations, initiatives, or work efforts. Monitor implementation activities and schedules to ensure achievement of objectives.
• Escalate issues/risks as needed.
• Collaborate with appropriate departments such as regulatory and legal to ensure appropriate scope and considerations are included in planning.
• Conduct post implementation lessons learned evaluation.
• Prepare preliminary interpretation of analysis for stakeholders.

What you’ll bring:

• Contracts knowledge
• Previous project management experience.
• 3+ years business experience including previous project coordination and/or analysis experience providing good working knowledge of implementation methods and approaches. (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent of 4 years business experience. (Required)
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience.

National Salary Range:

$65,500.00 - $105,800.00

National Plus Salary Range:

$70,300.00 - $119,500.00

• National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
