Job Summary:
The Clinical Implementation Manager is responsible for leading the clinical evaluation, assessment and initial launch of new Longevity market buildings, actively participating in implementation planning meetings, traveling to new markets and establishing relationships with operators and clinical leaders that lead to effective building launches. Assists DQCOs/market leaders with new building evaluations, planning launches with extra support is needed to meet implementation/membership growth plans/targets. The Clinical Implementation manager will take on other national Implementation team responsibilities as needed to load balance new market launch workload.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Develops preliminary clinical staffing plans based on launch sequencing for budget and recruitment purposes.
- Actively seeks support needs of local markets and balances local needs with new market clinical implementation needs and balances resource deployment as needed.
- Actively participates and collaborates with National Implementation team on overall implementation planning timelines, activities and tracks updates into database.
- Assists with new market telehealth deployment, clinical orientation, kickoff meeting scheduling and participation.
- Works effectively with new market clinical leadership/operators to develop launch schedule and activities.
- Conducts outbound calls and schedules targeted building evaluations, understand provider network needs and building capabilities to implement ISNP programs.
- Develops clinical launch implementation plan and handoff with market DQCO.
- Escalates network or other implementation barriers to VP Implementation to develop tactics to remove.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Licensure:
- Registered Nurse, in state of residence.
- Valid state driver's license with a good driving record and proof of automobile insurance required.
Education/Training:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a registered nurse.
Knowledge and Experience
- Ability to effectively relate to nursing home partners to launch clinical programs.
- Must have nursing home experience, preferred ISNP background, experience.
- Ability to develop effective business relationships.
- Medicare Advantage Plan background required.
- Implementation planning, and execution skills.
- Effective communication skills- written and verbal.
- Effective, computer skills-MS Office.
