Job Responsibilities

• Manage project risks and opportunities.
• Review contracts, purchase orders, and quotes.
• Support Project Managers in developing project execution approaches, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and monitoring and controlling internal and external resources.
• Lead the execution of Dead Tank breaker product portfolio and ensure compliance with client policies, contractual agreements, quality standards, and health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Coordinate with customer account payable team to ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.

Project Execution And Control

• Follow up on milestone billings and obtain approvals for scope changes.
• Review and analyze project margins.
• Prepare project specific documentation, such as master document lists.
• Ensure project handover and completion, including as-built drawings and commercial closure.
• Coordinate material shipments and receipt at site.

Principles

• Ensure compliance with OHS group guidelines for occupational health and safety.
• Adhere to the organization's project management processes.
• Follow IS security policy.
• Follow client integrity guidelines.
• Act as a role model within the organization.

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality.
• Experience in project execution preferred.
