5 years of project management experience required

3 to 4 years’ experience in field of continuous improvement, analytics, project management, business analysis or closely related field required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, finance or related field

First Choice or Six Sigma certification is a plus

Excellent communication skills including meeting facilitation, listening and documentation skills

Eight (8) years of business management, project management or implementation management experience. (Required)

Master’s degree or project management certification. (Preferred)

Bachelor’s degree in business or the equivalent of four (4) years business experience. (Required)

Working knowledge of Premera operations. (Preferred)
