Your New Role…

In the Business Development Senior Analyst role, you will have a multi-faceted strategy and implementation role as part of our CNN International Commercial division. You will be working on new ventures, articulating strategy, and implementing key initiatives. The ideal candidate is determined to learn, data-driven, solutions-orientated, resourceful, and adaptable.

Role Accountabilities…

Strategy Support

• Support Senior Leadership by building well-thought through internal briefing documents
• Provide insights for senior management to ensure effective decision making
• Collaborate across the business to gather key inputs for each project
• Tracks business goals and objectives on a monthly basis
• Summarises and distils information to identify key takeaways

New Ventures and Partnerships

• Tracks ROI for new initiatives and develops strategic insights to operationalise
• Maintain and prioritise a pipeline of new business initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver on new business initiatives, providing support as required
• Analyse key market trends and competitor information to identify new growth opportunities
• Builds supporting business plans, strategies and detailed launch plans

Qualifications & Experience…

• Minimum 2 years of work experience preferred in strategy consulting or investment banking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and requests at the same time
• Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
• Self-starter, motivated to succeed and multi-task
• Comfortable working as part of a team, but also autonomously
• Fluent in English
• Excellent academic record – degree from a leading institution, highly preferred
• Experience using Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable presenting to and working with Senior Leadership

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. $72,100.00 - $133,900.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
