Job Title: Analyst – Marketing & Business Development

Full-time position at innovative, fast-growing start-up. Perfect opportunity for candidates interested in full client development cycle, from segmentation and lead generation through deal execution. Role designed to work with both Sales and Marketing, supporting the combined teams’efforts to identify new client prospects, introduce them to the firm, nurture opportunities through the sales funnel, measure performance and report on results. Help create and manage an operational structure for client development strategy and programs.

Responsibilities

·Business Development: assist with client facing activities, including transaction execution and CRM management

·Marketing – Sales Interface: manage the shared lead generation program, including internal coordination, response times, sales follow-up, and measurement and tracking

·Marketing Campaigns: manage email program operations in client prospecting and nurturing campaigns. Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer in the ongoing evolution and maintenance of digital assets, including website

Requirements

·Undergraduate degree level or higher

·Results-oriented individual with excellent organizational, planning and project management skills

·Proactive and flexible personality, able to work and thrive in a dynamic environment
