Customer Success Manager - Series A Security Start-Up - Up To $200K Ote

𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 - 𝗕𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝗦𝗠 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗦 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗮 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗔 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗩𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗿.

This vendor has recently raised $25 Million in funding and is backed by the world's top investors.

They have already won 6 customers in the US, and you will report into the VP of sales.

I'm looking to speak to people that have:

- 5+ years of Customer Success experience (increasing customer satisfaction, adoption rates, and retention)

- Have worked with customers in B2B enterprise security products

- Start-up experience

- Good technical understanding

Salary: Paying up to $200k OTE (90/10 split)
