Private Markets Business Development Associate

Koev Brothers is seeking a Private Markets Business Development Associate. This is a remote, project-based, non-salaried position. Compensation is success-based and uncapped, depending on the skill-level and dedication of the Associate to accomplish company objectives. The main duties include originating new business opportunities and developing relationships with affluent individuals. Must be a team player, a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and an already built investor network

Based in the Washington DC area, Koev Brothers is a private investor group that invests in top performing early and later stage private operating companies and funds. Geographic focus on the Americas and Europe. Expertise in private equity, bridge loans, capital introductions and turnarounds. Compensation

Initially starting out:

• The individual will be an Independent Contractor
• This position is 100% performance based with an opportunity for growth
• There is no salary, monthly retainers or benefits

Responsibilities

The Associate will work directly for the Co-Founders, Managers of the firm, and will contribute to the deal-making process. Must successfully complete the Training Program (Unpaid). Previous relevant professional experience is a must. The Associate will have the highest sense of integrity and work ethic. Specific responsibilities include:

• Exceptional relationship building, analytical, conceptual and problem-solving capabilities
• Developing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and families
• Sourcing and evaluating commercial lending opportunities
• Completing project deliverables on time at highest level of quality
• Sourcing and evaluating early and later stage venture deals
• Passing the Associate Training Program (Required)
• Preparing for and accomplishing strategic business objectives

Qualifications

The Associate will possess the following qualifications:

• Substantial personal or professional relationships with accredited investors (NON-INSTITUTIONAL, individuals or families only): (Required)
• Internally motivated, results-oriented, coachable
• Pipeline of venture deals and companies seeking loans: (Required)
• 2+ years of relevant experience in either investment banking, wealth management, venture capital, private equity or hedge funds: (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and on a fast-paced team
• Superb analytical, client relationship and business development skills
• Strong sense of ethics, integrity and attention to detail
