I am looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Applications Manager to join our client, a leading healthcare organization. As the Business Applications Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and administering our Kronos and Peoplesoft systems, ensuring their smooth implementation and operation across the organization. In addition, you will ideally have knowledge of Infor and SAP at a functional level.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing enterprise-level systems, with experience in organizations of 10,000 people or more. You will be responsible for managing a team of 10+ people, so excellent leadership and communication skills are a must.

Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address business needs and ensure system integration.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead the implementation and management of Kronos and Peoplesoft systems.
• Manage a team of 10+ people, providing guidance and support.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Infor and SAP functionality and work towards incorporating them into the organization's technology stack.
• Administer and maintain the systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience managing enterprise-level systems and teams of 10+ people.
• 7+ years of experience in business applications management, with expertise in Kronos and Peoplesoft systems
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
