The Business Analyst Operations Manager will provide Business Operations Support (BOS) to the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) Headquarters (HQs) Command Services Office (CSO) in Ft. Belvoir, VA and lead a team of two Business Analyst Technical Writers. In conjunction with INSCOM CSO Business Analytics Branch, the Business Analyst Operations Manager will assist RAs with Contract Request Register (CRR) inputs, Burn Rate Reviews (BRR), and Project Management Reviews (PMR). Additionally, the Business Analyst Operations Manager will analyze contractor financial performance to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve decision making.

Compensation & Benefits:

Estimated Starting Salary Range for Business Analyst Operations Manager : $195,000

Pay commensurate with experience.

Business Analyst Operations Manager Responsibilities Include:

• Assists requiring activities in producing Milestone Reviews.
• Assists requiring activities to implement improvements to the contract monitoring process.
• Develops and maintains automated systems to collect, track and create reports that visualize desired metrics.
• Assists requiring activities to identify current and projected staffing levels in complex contract actions.
• Assists requiring activities to identify funding shortfalls in complex contract actions.
• Collaborates and coordinates with stakeholders to identify relevant information that needs to be submitted and data to be analyzed.
• Uses Microsoft 365 to perform intermediate skill level tasks using the Microsoft 365 applications Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint.

Business Analyst Operations Manager Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested:

• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Flexible work schedule (e.g., 4 days x 10hrs) or (1 RDO per pay period) is acceptable.
• Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
• Minimum of BS/BA degree in operations management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills
