What You'll Do
LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references. As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Business Operations Manager.
This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of an organization with an outstanding product, operation and culture. We are seeking an experienced Manager of Business Operations to monitor and drive improvements across Data, Process, and Tools (DPT) initiatives. Now is the perfect time to put your thumbprint on the organization providing analytical, tactical support, and insights primarily spanning the Sales organization. Make your mark collaborating with the team to solve interesting problems while working cross-functionally alongside the Channel, Marketing, and other organizations. Along with analytics and process efforts, you will be instrumental in support efforts monitoring the primary sales technology stack and ensuring the company is maintaining a healthy sales tech stack spend.
Here's a Closer Look At This Key Role
Initiatives and Project Delivery
  • Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and action plans; develop tools to measure outcomes and recommendations for improvements
  • Own the sales tech stack and ensure we are maximizing ROI and consolidating tools where feasible
  • Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Legal to review and document peripheral process touch points with Customer Experience Operations processes
  • Manage defects and enhancements including identification, resolution, and communication to business partners in the Sales/Operations
  • Act as a liaison between Sales/Operations and Business Technologies (BizTech) team(s) when and where applicable
  • Represent the Sales team in all enterprise project meetings, and own/drive the enhancement roadmap with our Business Technologies
  • Identify automation and optimization opportunities across the Lead-to-Support lifecycle
  • Pilot and drive data, process, and tool initiatives across Sales from prioritization, scoping assistance, leadership alignment, trade-off considerations, and enablement delivery
Operational Efficiency and Scalability
  • Participate in user acceptance, smoke testing, and implementation activities
  • Define KPIs and develop reporting to track metrics across processes measuring the health of the business, risk areas, and impact of improvement initiative
  • Develop a strong understanding of all LogicMonitor's product and service offerings
  • Work with Business Systems/Technologies to identify and resolve process pain points using process reengineering techniques and through system enhancements
  • Work with business owners, Business Technologies team, and/or IT to prioritize change requests
  • Work with IT, business owners, and Business Technology teams to identify where we can improve ROI of existing tools or consolidate tools
  • Help define clear roles & responsibilities across our different customer facing teams and identify opportunities to drive scale through process & skills training, and reallocation of tasks
  • Serve as a point of contact and subject matter expert on LogicMonitor operational policies to address process, policy or system questions & issues
What You'll Need
  • Excellent presentation skills, and an ability to build simplified, professional reports and slide decks
  • High level of business acumen; preferably in enterprise software
  • Bachelor's Degree Required; Finance, Statistics, or Business Degree preferred
  • 7+ years experience in sales operations, business operations, or business systems roles
  • Ability to dive into details, but also step back and reframe a problem more strategically
  • Systems expertise with an emphasis on CRMs, sales platforms (Zoominfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Clari, Gong, etc.), customer experience platforms (Gainsight, Mavenlink, etc.), and support platforms (Jira, Zendesk, etc.)
