Allworth Financial is seeking a Branch Office Administrator for our Sacramento, CA branch office. The Branch Office Administrator is a critical role serving as the first impression for inbound phone calls and in-office visits. This position is full time, in office, and an hourly/non-exempt position that pays between $21-23/hour.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Suggesting and implementing process improvements
  • Delivering positive, reliable and memorable phone service experiences to our wealth management clients
  • Consistently demonstrating Allworth's guiding principles
  • General administrative duties to support the office and the other associates
  • Re-stock supplies, beverages and keep breakroom clean
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Focusing on quality and accuracy of work
  • Directing incoming client phone calls to the assigned service team
  • Greeting and assisting our clients as they arrive for appointments as well as assisting "walk-in" clients with whatever needs they may have
  • Receiving all deliveries and routing to the appropriate recipient
  • Seeking to impress our clients with every interaction
  • Scheduling and confirming client appointments for the advisor team


Qualifications


  • 2+ years of Front Desk/Receptionist work experience
  • High degree of professionalism
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications as well as Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Document Management workflow system
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work daily with frequent interuptions
  • Passion for excellent service and client satisfaction
  • Strong team player and approachable
  • Flexibility and embraces change
