We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our CPA Firm. Ideal candidate has previous CPA firm experience in similar role. You will provide high-level administrative support to the management at our company and maintain the office reception to greet clients.
Responsibilities:
·Handle a broad range of administrative needs of the office.
·Schedule client meetings and maintain organized Calendars for the two principal CPAs in the office.
·Extensive scheduling of annual client appointments for the tax season
·Assist in the final processing (electronic and paper) of client tax returns prepared by the other office staff in Lacerte tax software.
·QuickBooks data entry; entering Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and general data entry functions.
·Communicate in writing and on the phone with existing and prospective clients and vendors
·Reception tasks including answering/ directing phone calls and greeting clients upon arrival to the office.
·Maintain and order office supply levels.
·Provide administrative support as needed to the office staff.

·Strong organizational skills
·Referenceable, experience in an office administrative capacity past 5 years
·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
·Ability to work independently and self-motivate
·Ability to prioritize and multitask

·Excellent interpersonal skills
Requirements:
·Familiarity and prior experience using QuickBooks online and desktop software (preferred)
·Familiarity and prior experience using Lacerte Tax software or other tax software’s (preferred)
·Office Manager or Administration prior experience (5+ years)
·Familiarity and prior experience using Microsoft Office tools including but not exclusive to: Word, Excel and Outlook.
·Proficiency in using computers
·Residence within a 20 mile radius to office (preferred)
