Job Description
We are growing IT Management Company with plenty of room for the right candidate to grow within our organization. We are looking for a bright energetic person. Our ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who is optimistic by nature and enjoys interacting with people. We are interested in a person who can think and reason clearly, and who can communicate to customers with patience and empathy. Our office is busy and fast paced at times, our ideal candidate must be organized and meticulous with detail. During slow times candidate must be disciplined enough start and lead projects based on office improvement plans and goals. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are a must have. This candidate will need to be a self-starter who works great as part of a small team.
Day to Day Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Working direct with one of the owners of Beyond IT Support on assisting with day to day operations of the company. Included but not limited to Accounts Receivable and Payable support and Basic HR
Account Receivable Invoicing both Manage and T&M work.
Account Payable Data entry into Quick-books, procurement for approved orders and inventory.
Office Organization: Helping to keep the office organized. Managing vendors, ordering holiday cards. Helping to organize business sponsored events.
Database management: Helping to manage our client agreements and documentation to make sure we are always improving our process and function.
This is a full time position. (part-time will be considered.)
