Centurion is seeking a part-time OR full-time Office Manager to join our fast-paced, growing growing company. This individual will work closely with the our operations and sales team. Applicant should have some experience in bookkeeping and/or finance and have strong computer and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
•You will be responsible for supporting the business goals and objectives of the company by working closely with operations and accounting departments.
•The position open requires someone with accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Manage all accounts payable and accounts receivable systems and process for projects, including all subcontractor and vendor invoices.
• Ensure that all required documentation from subcontractors or vendors is correct and current.
• Serve as a liaison to Human Resources
• Participate in standardized office set up and close out processes.
• Lead all office clerical tasks including mail, filing, and project documentation.
•Reconciles cash disbursement accounts, payroll, customer accounts, and other financial accounts; manages accounts receivable collections
•Assist in financial reviews
•Maintains knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices and procedures
•Maintains organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions
•Work in conjunction with multiple departments to monitor and analyze accuracy of record keeping, while working to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources
•Respond to the inquiries regarding financial results and special reporting requests
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or other related field preferred
•Strong understanding of all facets of accounting (reconciliations and payroll expenses)
•Knowledge of general financial accounting
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
•Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and
• QuickBooks experience preferred

Benefits
•Pay based on experience: $40,000 - $65,000/ year full time
•Paid time off
•Monday to Friday
