Job Title: Office Manager for Dynamic IT Support Organization

Orange, a burgeoning consortium of small IT companies providing superb services in Infrastructure Project Support, Managed IT Services, and Cloud (IaaS and AI), is on the hunt for a seasoned, highly organized, and proactive Office Manager to bolster our team.

In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring the smooth running of our fast-paced, startup environment. Your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous organization and maintenance of company files and documents, demonstrating an exceptional eye for detail.

As the crucial link between our CEO and our global team of experts, we're looking for a self-starter who thrives on autonomy, adept at navigating complex requests without the need for explicit, step-by-step instructions. Your role will also extend to providing administrative support across the team, encompassing procurement, shipping, receiving, and other duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with global teams will be advantageous
  • Basic bookkeeping skills and working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience within the IT/Cloud Services Industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other relevant software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
  • Minimum of 3 years' administrative experience, ideally within a fast-paced setting
  • Superior organizational and time-management skills

Our Culture:

At Orange, we cultivate a relaxed, supportive company culture. Our team is driven by their passion for their work and is committed to delivering top-tier results in a fast-paced, yet enjoyable environment. We value a can-do attitude, flexibility in scheduling, and the ability to adapt to evolving needs.

Benefits (for Full-Time Staff):

  • Paid personal time off
  • Other benefits to be discussed during the interview
  • 401K retirement plan
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance
  • Competitive salary package
  • Paid Educational Opportunities

If you meet the above criteria and are excited about the prospect of joining our dynamic team, we invite you to submit your resume and cover letter for consideration. At Orange, we're not just growing our business - we're also growing careers. Come and grow with us!
