Booking Agent - Remote | Wfh

Position: Remote Booking Agent
Responsibilities
:
Plan travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and airline reservations.
Collaborate with clients to assess their travel requirements and preferences.
Offer expert advice on transportation options, travel dates, costs, and suitable accommodations.
Make reservations on behalf of clients and efficiently resolve any travel-related issues, complaints, or refund requests.
Facilitate the collection of deposits and other payments from clients.
Maintain accurate and organized client information and documentation.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements by participating in relevant training opportunities.
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the tourism industry is preferred.
A solid understanding of domestic and international travel destinations.
Exceptional communication and time management skills.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
