Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity to work flexibly, with the potential to grow into a full-time role.
You will play a vital role in our organization, focusing on a variety of billing and administrative tasks, including billing and payroll. Your main responsibility will be setting up billing for new clients, managing upgrades and downgrades to their monthly subscriptions, and ensuring prompt follow-up on any delinquent accounts.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of billing and administrative tasks, including billing and payroll management.
Set up billing for new clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage upgrades and downgrades to monthly subscriptions, providing seamless service to our clients.
Follow up on delinquent accounts promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with team members to optimize administrative processes and enhance overall efficiency.
Requirements
Proven experience in administrative support roles, with strong attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in utilizing billing and payroll systems.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
