Institutional Fiduciary Solutions Consultant Jobs

Keen awareness of when to escalate matters to Legal and/or management

Experience working with trust officers/fiduciary specialists and making fiduciary related risk-reward decisions

Technical expertise in areas of estate planning, tax, regulatory, legal and compliance

Strong ability to work in partnership with other functions/roles, including Legal and Risk

Attorney licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

B.A. or B.S. (four year undergraduate degree) and J.D. degree

3+ years’ experience, preferably within Investment Banking, Investor relations or an Alternative Credit Management

Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills

Contact management, including CRM/Salesforce maintenance

Helping to manage internal IOI and client tracking initiatives

Excellent presentation, business writing and oral communication skills

Assisting with new business pipeline through client & consultants updates and other internal reporting

Organizational and time management sufficient to prioritize workload, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.

Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Organize, manage and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

Responds to FA questions by telephone, email and occasional personal visits.

Serves as a resource for FAs for plan analysis or comprehensive solutions for their institutional clients and prospects.
