Job Description

An NYC-based private investment firm is looking to add a Private Credit Investment Associate to the team. The firm provides debt capital to small and mid-sized non-sponsored business in the U.S., unconstrained by industry or financing asset. The investment team works directly with management teams to grow their companies and build lasting value while providing downside protection to investors and supporting borrowers with tailored capital solutions. The Investment Associate is responsible for investment, portfolio management and valuation activities including but not limited to financial analysis, modeling, general due diligence, document assistance, transaction processing, operational reporting, and support.


The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:


  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Desire to join a rapidly growing platform
  • 2-3+ years of prior investment banking experience (M&A or Leveraged Finance preferred) or private credit investment experience
