Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions:
The AGI EVSE team is effectively a startup within a large legacy company. We are well resourced and growing quickly. With that in mind, top line managers will be expected to be in the trenches out of the gate while their team is built below them, contributing not only to process development but executing within those processes. Candidates should bring a sense of urgency and drive to work cross functionally as they build their team.
Job Summary:
The Bid Coordinator will support the AGI EVSE team working under the direction of the bid manager to execute all necessary steps in the bid process. Through effective bid management, and in turn project planning, the EVSE bid team will enable the projects team to execute projects on time, and within expected budgets and timeframes, while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Intake projects and initiate audit & bid processes.
- Engage with estimating team.
- Evaluate sourced bids versus internal estimates, provide feedback to estimating for refinement.
- Engage with subcontractors to produce competitive bids.
- Maintain near real time data in project management platform, ensuring all in the organization have visibility and there is redundancy through the team.
- Organize bid process deliverables as required by customer order & return comprehensive package with project layout, audit results, timelines, and cost to sales for customer engagement.
- Coordinate with the incentive, utility engagement, and engineering/design team to develop project proposal.
- Research and document zoning as well as both building and electrical permit requirements.
- Maintain KPI’s consistent with the goals of the program, adjusting strategy where appropriate based on feedback from the projects team.
- Maintain an understanding for expected equipment lead times, subcontractor availability, utility timelines, and provide expected project timeline.
Job Specifications:
- Education: Associates degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: EVSE implementations (L2/DC) or electrical projects preferred.
