JOB SUMMARY:
The overall responsibilities of the B2B sales representative will be to support the growth and development of L’Occitane hospitality market share in US and Canada. The right candidate should be excited by sales and growth, detail oriented and a proactive team player. She/He will be responsible for growing the B2B business in line with the L’Occitane brand vision and being a champion for these partners among internal and external stakeholders.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Achievement of monthly and annual sales quota objectives.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas and targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance expectations.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the benefits and value of L’Occitane products and services.
- Utilize CRM to track and manage sales activities, including prospecting, follow-up, and forecasting.
- Identify new prospective partners with a defined profile for L’Occitane.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and successful sales process.
- Utilize various sales techniques to identify and assess potential leads.
- Close deals and negotiate contracts, working with the client to address any objections or concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, using a consultative sales approach to understand their business goals and objectives.

REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of experience with consumer products (especially beauty or luxury products) strongly preferred.
- History of success working within an individual and team environment.
- B2B sales preferred.
SKILLS:
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create rapport.
- Self-starter with a strong drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and related software.
- Strong ability and desire to prospect.
PHYSICAL & TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including travel to NY office, and local business partners.
- Must be available from Monday to Friday
The salary range for this role is $55,000- $60,000 for the NYC region (based on skills, experience and with differentials applied if outside of NY).
