The B2B Account Executive position is an amazing opportunity to join a flourishing technology organization and make an impact. The role requires you to be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously by leveraging your dynamic interpersonal skills and goal-oriented attitude to close transactions. You will focus on engaging high end luxury customers and utilizing empathy and consultative selling skills to build trust and advance them through the sales cycle.
What You’ll Do
- Create and manage B2B revenue stream
- Interact in person and over the phone with jewelers including dealers, wholesalers, retailers, pawn shop owners, etc.
- Strategize with C-level executives to map out plan to build business from the ground up
- Work directly with your current industry relationships to bring in inventory to auction on the Worthy platform
- Market and extend the reach of the Worthy brand across the US to increase awareness
Who You Are
- Passionate and energetic, ability to work in a fast paced, startup, team environment under tight timelines and resources
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with all teams
- Proactive, flexible and willing to adapt to changing business needs and ability to manage multiple moving parts
- Positive, empathetic, personable, and motivating, with a team oriented mindset
What You Have
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a high volume, new business B2B sales role; high-end jewelry background preferred
- Sensitive to issues of urgency and be able to take ownership in escalating customer concerns as needed
- A closer with the ability to manage multiple customers concurrently at various stages of the sales process
- A business development mindset focusing on driving sale opportunities while operating in a fast paced, fluid operating environment
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
- Consistent record of hitting and exceeding quota with heavy sales activity
- Familiarity with CRM functionality (i.e Salesforce, Hubspot)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate conversations via phone and email
- A proactive self-starter, highly independent, motivated and resourceful to reach and exceed sales goals while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
