Job Description
Executive Assistant B2B (Remote)


We are looking for an Executive Assistant -for a global B2B high-tech company. You will be will manage a wide range of advanced administrative and executive support-related tasks, will be able to work independently within established guidelines, and will make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work.


This is a 5-month (extensions likely), 40-hour-per-week role. This is a remote role in the USA.


This is a W2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions employee. Health benefits and 401K are offered.


Responsibilities


  • Initiate purchase orders, reconcile invoices, track budgets, and complete/track expense reports
  • Handle and maintain highly confidential and sensitive information
  • Schedule and manage multiple Outlook calendars, while keeping multiple VPs highly accessible
  • Event planning, and setting the cadence for frequent business meetings, offsite conferences, all-hands events, conference calls, and catering
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel
  • Serve as the extension for VPs of MA&M- escalating and communicating on their behalf and serving as a team liaison


Requirements


  • Experience in supporting multiple VPs simultaneously
  • 10+ years of high-level, complex executive administration work experience to support VP level in a corporate setting preferred
  • Experience with extensive international and domestic travel arrangements
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation: $38.90/hr. - $43.22/hr
