Russell Tobin & Associates is seeking a passionate and dynamic Social Brand Reputation Program Manager to join our client!

Fully Remote

Working hours: Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat, Sun / 8-4p CST

6-month W2 Contract

$35-39/ hour

Description:

As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and protecting our brand's reputation.

What You'll Do:

• Engage in crucial conversations with senior-level global leaders.
• Be available on-call during nights and weekends as needed to handle major brand crises.
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer care policies and processes.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications teams to craft appropriate responses to influencer and viral posts.
• Manage various aspects of brand crises on social media, including social listening, reporting, responding, and creating in-feed posts. Coordinate with policy teams as necessary.
• Monitor our social media tool, Sprinklr, to identify influencer and viral posts. Respond promptly to customer care inquiries and address any negative posts related to our brand.

Basic Qualifications:

• Preferred Qualifications/Experience
• Minimum of two years of prior work experience, preferably in social media community management, crisis communication or a related field.
• Four or more years of experience in social media community management for a large brand, handling diverse issues.
