Sr. Social Media Manager / Miami FL (hybrid)

Our Marketing Department is seeking a Sr. Social Media Manager to be the voice of the brand in all social media and community engagement. As our Social Media Manager you will be creating and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy for Woxer. This includes creating monthly content calendars and crafting engaging and informative content on TikTok/IG/Facebook, written posts, videos, and graphics that align with the overall aesthetics of the brand. Additionally, you will monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of Woxer social media efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve performance. YOUR CORE FOCUS AREAS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:


● Create and produce captivating and entertaining TikTok/IG Reels that reflect the brand.

● Combine a deep understanding of the target customer and brand positioning with engaging content.

● Plan and execute monthly content strategy on TikTok and across Instagram, Facebook Group, Twitter, Pinterest based on engagement, performance, and branding.

● Storytell through compelling, TikTok/IG content that drives high-value engagement from audience and grows followers.

● Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization including Influencer Marketing, Brand & Digital. Marketing, E-Commerce and Creative to deliver an effective content social media strategy to meet the Woxer business objectives.

● Manage daily TikTok community, Facebook group, and Instagram, ensuring brand tone, voice and personality are consistent and elevated.

● Identify relevant social, and ecommerce industry trends for in-the-moment content creation opportunities.

● Responsible for daily management of responses to social media posts.

● Lead monthly reporting + key insights and execute campaign-specific reports.

● Engage 1 on 1 with the consumer community to generate brand love and loyalty.

● This role requires a brand publisher mindset: to create the content our Woxer audience is looking for (copywriting, video, GIF, still imagery) and then to optimize the path to conversion.

● Content monthly calendar and organization of workflows must be developed and managed.

● Measurement and optimization of the program will be required on a regular and ongoing basis.

● Integration of content programs with brand campaigns to drive brand demand.

● Executive presentations on the program approaches and results will be required.



WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED


● Content creation experience across short-form video including editing and social copy, with a portfolio showcasing past work.

● Deep and applied knowledge of social industries and trends on TikTok Expertise in growing social follower counts.

● Strong analytical skills for measuring/tracking success.

● A Passion for storytelling.

● The basic practices of the main social media channels including which content and approaches work per channel.

● An entrepreneurial spirit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.


MUST HAVE:


● 5+ years of social media and content marketing experience.

● Must have experience working in-house for an e-commerce Brand.

● Must have experience working with e-commerce platform Shopify users.

● In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants.

● Experience in the influencer marketing space.

● Exceptional written (including copywriting) and verbal communication skills.

● Storing photo and video editing skills.

● Proficient in content marketing theory and application with an understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

● Extremely organized, detail-oriented and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficient in Microsoft programs, Google Docs, and digital communication tools.

(Must live in Miami, FL)
