Job Description

WTHN is the first omni-channel brand for holistic healing rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, backed by top tier venture funds and the founders of Goop, Sweetgreen, Heyday, Soulcycle and more. We’re growing rapidly across channels in 2023 including new studios, wholesale expansion and brand partnerships.


We’re seeking a talented, creative and organized Marketing Manager with a genuine passion for wellness to join our growing team in New York. We are looking for someone with deep experience in social, seeking to expand their marketing skillset. Success in this role requires the ability to think strategically, move fast to execute strategy and set customer-centric campaign goals; excellent project management skills; a deep and current knowledge of social media and influencers; a keen eye for compelling and innovative content; and a passion for continuous improvement.

This is a great opportunity for start-up exposure and direct impact. You will work directly with our Head of Marketing. This role is based in New York.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Social Media Planning to share WTHN and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) with the world

  • Craft elevated and quip-free copy across all organic social channels that presents authority in all verticals, authenticity/brand voice and consistent storytelling.
  • Assist with photoshoot production and capturing content.
  • Own the brand’s official launch of our Tik Tok platform & strategy.
  • Brainstorm and bring to life new social strategies, platforms, and social monetization opportunities. Analyze metrics and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Partner with relevant brands for monthly social giveaways.
  • Conceptualize, execute, and schedule content for organic social media channels including, but not limited to Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook & Linkedin.
  • Plan, manage and execute WTHN’s social media vision to drive brand loyalty, social engagement and sales.
  • Cultivate and grow WTHN community through active engagement.

Influencer / Ambassador Programming to spread the word about our services & products

  • Manage brand’s affiliate program via Shareasale
  • Manage WTHN influencer initiatives from start to finish including overseeing WTHN Ambassador Program, major gifting initiatives, and influencer studio visits.

General Marketing & Brand Activities to further expand WTHN’s brand awareness & customer base

  • Support the team in planning and execution of monthly, quarterly, annual marketing initiatives
  • Oversee the organization and deployment of Klaviyo email campaigns.
  • Support monthly sweepstakes in dojo mojo.
  • Assist with dashboards, analytics and reporting
  • Keep WTHN’s Shopify platform and site up to date with relevant marketing campaigns


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of and interest in marketing analytics
  • A driven contributor and work effectively and collaboratively with team members.
  • Demonstrated success strategizing, growing and measuring performance of TikTok and IG / FB Accounts
  • 3-4 years of experience in a social media marketing role
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • Knowledge of marketing software platforms inc. but not limited to Klaviyo, Excel, Google Analytics
  • Comfortable in a dynamic, fast paced business environment


COMPENSATION This is a salaried position at $75,000- $85,000 commensurate with experience.
