What You’ll Do

• Ensure performance, cost, and time goals are met while controlling or maintaining the project scope for assigned projects
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, documentation, and presentations
• Schedule, monitor and track actual vs. planned timelines and milestones
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project
• Proactively manage changes in project scope
• Establish and monitor project audit compliance
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the extended project team
• Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities for implementations
• Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with practice leads and client stakeholders
• Coach and motivate project team members, partners, contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for assigned work
• Review and manage billable vs. non-billable hours, produce project budget reports to support client invoice approval
• Resolve day-to-day issues and escalations

Your Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
• Practical experience with various, recognized project management methodologies
• 3-5 years of excellent project management skills, and experience coordinating and overseeing project teams
