Associate Digital Project Manager

Our client, a top fashion company, is looking for a Associate Web Producer to join their team for a 6 month contract role. Please note that this entry level role is remote.

Responsibilities:

• Creating detailed implementation schedules for each project and validate / communicate out with needed project resources.
• Testing and QA of pre-launch digital content -- identifying bugs and incorrect links.
• Ensuring graphic assets are delivered for content development accurately and to spec.
• Coordinating with Marketing, Merchandising and Program Management to execute impactful email and site content that meet business driving objectives.
• Facilitate content approval for all SMS messaging. Coordinate build & deployment with vendor.
• Communicate to management any impacts to the project and the overall website and e-mail program.
• Creating and tracking project milestones and deliverables in web-based project management tools.
• Ensuring project is launched on time and meets initial project requirements.
• Keeping to tight deadlines and managing changing priorities on an hourly basis.
• Managing offer detail nuance between US and Canada markets.
• Managing linking setup and approval for all email campaigns.
• Project management of US & Canada email, site and SMS content from delivery to execution.
• Clear and effective communication of project requirements across stakeholders and functions.
• Execute set up of Movable Ink product scrape codes for all US, Canada English and French related assets.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in ecommerce, online marketing, interactive production and/or project management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with some project management experience.
• Exceptional detail-orientation, with previous experience in traffic or project management.
• Ability to balance team expectations and priorities.
• High degree of initiative and resourcefulness.
• Ability to keep track of multiple projects and progress of others on team.
• Experience with content management systems and a working knowledge of how web content is created and deployed.
