Seeking a visionary leader who is passionate about hospitality and with a proven track record in multi-property hotel management. As VP of Hotel Operations, you'll lead the hotels to excel in guest experience, efficiency, and financial performance.


Vice President of Hotel Operations Responsibilities, but not limited to:


  • Collaborate with sales and marketing for occupancy and brand enhancement
  • Inspire General Managers to lead teams with a guest-centric approach
  • Elevate guest experiences, reflecting our commitment to excellence
  • Strategize for efficiency, revenue growth, and cost control
  • Drive industry-leading practices through a culture of improvement


Vice President Of Hotel Operations Requirements


  • Strong business acumen for data-driven decisions
  • Exceptional communication and genuine hospitality
  • Multi-property senior leadership with Marriott or Hilton experience
  • Passion for training and development
  • Proficient in technology (100% paperless)
  • Proven Company loyalty (max 3 jobs in 10 years)
