Position Overview:

As the Vice President of Operations at Block One Automation, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational excellence and growth of our company. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seamless execution of our cutting-edge solutions. Your strategic mindset, combined with your strong leadership skills, will guide our operations to new heights of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products and services.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and identify areas for enhancement.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.
• Develop and execute operational strategies that support the company's growth objectives and align with its mission and values.
• Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and customer support.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure seamless product development, testing, and production processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in the beverage distribution industry a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with warehouse automation, robotics, or related technologies is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in an operations leadership role, preferably within the automation, robotics, or technology sector.
• Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and supply chain optimization.

Compensation:

Base Salary Range $180,000 to $230,000, exact offer may vary based on experience, professional background, and location. Compensation includes benefits packages, leave plans, and incentive based pay.
